What does a working day as a receptionist look like?  
 
You work closely with the team to ensure that the hotel guests get the best experience. Among other things, this includes:  

• You welcome, check in and check out our guests 
• You take reservations and process them in the system 
• As a point of contact, you help guests with questions, both in person and by telephone 
• You process payments and the necessary administration of the reception 
• You work neatly according to the company standards
